With the country continuing to face challenges with the prevention and treatment of the coronavirus (COVID-19), along with state and local governments enacted orders, we wanted to continue to share important information regarding our communities and the efforts to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and help keep our residents, guests, employees and the community at large safe and healthy.
Operations of Manufactured Home Communities and RV Resorts
We will continue to direct our employees, residents, guests and vendors to follow CDC recommended guidelines including, but not limited to, social distancing, washing hands more frequently, wearing masks and cleaning frequent touch points on a regular basis. All our offices will remain physically closed to the public, including to guests and residents. While staff is working onsite, we are requiring all residents and guests contact our offices by telephone or email. If you have any questions, please do not plan to visit the office but feel free to call or email us. Furthermore, depending on the community, other preventative measures including closures and/or restrictions of clubhouses, amenities, facilities and activities, will remain in place until further notice (please contact your community by telephone or email with any questions).
Residents and Guests Help
As residents, guests, employees and community citizens we all share the responsibility to be vigilant in doing everything we can to combat this virus at home, work and in our communities. As a reminder, based on the information from the CDC, WHO and other sources, it is thought that the most common way to contract the virus is through person-to-person contact. It’s critical we all do our part in helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by following the recommended CDC guidelines including:
- Maintain social distance (6 feet).
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. If soap and water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Wear a mask.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue away.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Listen to and follow the directions of your state and local authorities.
- If someone in your household has tested positive or shows signs of symptoms, keep the entire household at home as recommended by a medical provider.
