How to Play Super 21
The Caesars Entertainment Blog mentions that the xtreme version of 21+3 can be found in the Party Pit at the Paris casino in Las Vegas. I had to chuckle at their sense of humor with this remark, 'We would calculate the odds of hitting these side bets, but being in Vegas isn't about math, it's about having fun. Twenty-one, also known as Blackjack, is a popular card game and a staple of casino gambling in the United States. While a number of variations exist (typically house rules specific to individual casinos), the basic rules remain the same: the player wins if the hand totals or comes closest to 21 without exceeding it or being beaten by the dealer. Many casinos play by the traditional 21 rules that were once popular on the Las Vegas Strip, which is traditionally called American 21 Or Vegas Rules. This is considered one of the more “liberal” blackjack games. Don’t expect casinos on the Vegas Strip to offer these rules any longer, however, unless you’re playing at high-limit tables.
The object of the Super 21 Blackjack casino table game is to come as close to 21 without overshooting the target, while having a higher total point value than the Dealer.
Player’s Turn
After placing your bet, you are dealt two cards face up. The Dealer is also dealt two cards, one up, one down. After reviewing your hand, click Hit to add cards to increase the point value. If you are satisfied with your hand, click Stand. If you think one more card will bring you to victory, you can Double your bet. You are dealt one more card to make your hand and end your round of play. Split the initial draw, if you like, if you get two cards of matching rank. This doubles your bets and you play each set as a separate hand. Surrender forfeits your cards and half your bets and the game is over.
Dealer’s Turn
After you play your cards, the Dealer turns over their other card. Depending on the hand, they will either hit or stand based on a series of rules that the Dealer must follow.
When the Dealer’s hand matches yours in points, it is a tie, also called a Push, and your bet is returned.
You Win When
If your hand’s total points are closer to 21 than the Dealer without going over, you win. You also win if the Dealer goes bust and you hand is below a 21. If the total points in your hand overshoot 21, you lose your bet.

Strategy & Tips
The major difference between standard Blackjack is the payouts on Bonus hands, so hitting and standing strategies may be slightly different:
Let’s say you have a hand with a value of 15 points, and the dealer is showing a Four. The standard strategy would be to stand: There is a good chance that the Dealer has 14 and will probably go bust, so typically, you wouldn’t take a chance on busting yourself.
But in Super 21 Blackjack strategy, it is recommended that if you have a five-card hand with a total value of 15 points and the Dealer is showing a Four, you may want to Hit. If you draw an Ace, 2, 3, 4, or 5, your six-card hand instantly wins, regardless of what the Dealer may have. If you draw a Six on the same 15-point hand, your six-card 21 wins a nice 2:1 bonus jackpot immediately.
History
Blackjack originally got its name from an early betting scheme that paid out 10 to 1 if the player’s first two cards were an Ace of Spades and a Jack of Spades. Super 21 is a variation of regular Blackjack that offers bonuses for larger hands (five- or six-card), and for Blackjacks made from the Ace of Diamonds and the Jack of Diamonds.
